Thermal Management for Multi-Core

The aim of this project is to build up a circuit to check integrated temperature sensor structures and dynamic control strategies for consistency alert thermal management in multi‐core systems. at present, the department’s VLSI group is investigating structures for precise on‐chip dimensions of temperature and other variables associated to integrated‐circuit (I.C.) consistency. This research may also comprise the advancement of methods which employ these dimensions for electro thermal‐stress‐aware dynamic thermal management. If this research is to yield relevant empirical results, a functional test I.C. must be obtainable for comparing dimension and managing methods. An I.C. has to be designed especially for this reason, custody in wits its end‐use as an experimental vehicle.
