CCI builds stern service valves for many industries. These valves function
at temperatures up to 600 degrees F and pressures up to 3000PSI. As a consequence,
the seals for the valves are flat to failure. CCI would like a test rig capable
of testing the seals independently at the necessary conditions. The device is
to be capable of actuating a model of the plug up and down at a rate of 1 inch
per second for 2 inches. Actuation and test fluid are to be supplied by CCI.
