CCI has asked UCR Cryogenics to generate a test rig to build
up better seals in their cryogenic valves. CCI makes valves for severe
environments and conditions, and is the world leader in this field; but their
seals at cryogenic temperatures are failing. The seals are shrinking due to the
cold temperatures, and permitting leakage of damaging fluids
